Why it shows "Your Google Drive is not ready yet."? It is restricted in some areas?

Instead of waiting for 5GB from GDrive. Why not take like 10-15 min and setup a 100% free FTP server, that you can use to connect to your own hard drive at home, from any other internet connection.
Cerberus FTP Server is Free for Non-Commercial Use!

I use my FTP server for just about everything. I stream all the movies and music I can't fit on my MicroSD, or very helpful things like going through my Recycle bin to look for that ROM that I accidently deleted. I honestly never plug my devices into a USB plug unless I'm transferring something that's at least 500MB or more. I get speeds right around .7-1.7MB/s so it's pretty sufficient for me. :D

I had that msg yesterday and signed up for the notification... got the email today about noon and it's working. Shouldn't be long before you get yours.
