extabit is so-so, I don't like how you have to keep it's page in view, or the 30 sec timer won't countdown.

filedownloads.org is kinda ok tho (as long as you sign up for free - and can make it past that first obtrusive ad by clicking close in the top right quick enough)

I wish more releasers would use zippyshare.com, datafilehost.com, uload.to, mediafire.com, jumbofiles.com - anything without file/bandwidth limits & no "captchas"
