kingofjail if your app has ads there is NO problem with it!
You only need to specifically which ones (saying This app has advertisements will not be enough). If you know which company the advertisements come from, please say so because it is helpful, but optional. Here is a full list of possible advertisements here: viewtopic.php?f=399&t=389017

Should be used like this:
This app has banner advertisements
This app has push, banner and text advertisements
This app has no advertisements

(I deleted the the field about the advertisements until you add the exact info)
