FoxFi (WiFi Tether w/o Root) - Full Version v1.95.3
Requirements: Android 2.2+
Overview: Turns your Android phone into a free WiFi or Bluetooth Hotspot - no rooting or tether plan required. Just install and turn it on.

Image

You can connect from any computers or tablets or even game console. Access Point is infrastructure mode with WPA2 security. FoxFi usage is covered under the same phone data plan you have and no tether plan needed. This saves you $20/month from your carrier.

The free version now has a usage limit that requires you to restart FoxFi to continue using free mode. You can purchase the full version key to unlock this.

Currently WiFi mode does not work on most phones with Jelly Bean (except for a few models) and most HTC phones (except for HTC One). However Bluetooth mode works for all phones. To check and see if WiFi mode can be supported on your phone visit http://foxfi.com/devices

*Sprint and AT&T has removed FoxFi from Market. If you can not find FoxFi please install or upgrade from http://foxfi.com/bin, or scan the QR code in the third screenshot.

Here are some tips to help your usage:
1. On some models if you run into WiFi problem after using the Hotspot, simply reboot your phone and rename the hotspot before activating to clear the issue.
2. For some Samsung phones if your computer is not able to get an IP address, try to turn on WiFi on the phone first and make sure it does not connect to any WiFi network, then turn on FoxFi.
3. FoxFi is tested on non-rooted phones. If your phone has a rooted ROM it may or may not work.
4. When WiFi hotspot is activated you may also see a hotspot notification of the built-in WiFi hotspot feature. Please ignore it. As long as you do not sign up for a tether plan you won't be charged.
5. If you enter or change the hotspot password, make sure you rename the hotspot also before activating.
6. Sometimes Windows need a "repair" on the WiFi menu to get a correct IP address.
7. If you install the FoxFi AddOn app, you will also be able to hide tether usage by setting a proxy server address in the computer browser.

What's in this version:
*the toggle not responding problem is fixed in 1.95.3
*the free version now has a usage limit that requires restarting FoxFi otherwise same as full version.
*Bluetooth fail to open bug is fixed now.
*WiFi mode does not work on Jelly Bean (Android 4.1) on most phones. Please stay with ICS/Android 4.0 or below.

If there is a key it means the app already maintains premium features inside. It's just has to unlocked. So you crack it that way. At least this is what i think...

When I download from the links above, it says the .rar file is corrupted. Would it be possible to re-upload please?

Thanks.

EDIT: I was able to get it working by downloading directly on my computer and unraring there rather than my cell. When I download the .rar from my cell and try to unrar from there or copy to my computer to unrar, it says the file is corrupted. Not sure what the deal with that it.

For those who already have free version of FoxFi installed - this is NOT a patch! It's a standalone app. Uninstall free FoxFi first, and then install this full version.

My navigator Prestigio with DUN function I was able to "bind" to Bluetooth only with the help of a software program installed on your smartphone Huawei Honor. Earned the "traffic congestions" in navigation programs, staff in the Navigator browser. Program runs in full mode. Nothing in 20 minutes is not chopped off and reconnection does not ask.

Using an SGS3 sort of half-rooted (installed the OTA update from AT&T and I can still install non-Playstore apps, but Wifi Tether wasn't working and telling me that I needed to root my device, so I guess I'm in root-purgatory?) with Jellybean.

I tried connecting my laptop and kept getting a connection error, but given enough time (a few minutes, tops), it did end up connecting on its own. I wanted to be sure it was, in fact, using my 4g instead of wifi, so I shut off my modem, and it worked perfectly.
