I can think of a number of reasons why it would do that and none of them are good.

Yep your right but if you like to see what the app features just revoke is permissions, I did and is still works without it been able to collect the personal info, then when I found out it was a junk app with mostly Chinese apps I uninstalled it. No offence to the OP but it's no Mobilism, Blapkmarket, Blackmart or even Aptoid in comparison.
