If you guys purpose of vpn is just to unblocked websites, just use protonvpn (sign up required).
And for the web adblocker, use a browser that support ublock origin extension, like Firefox, 1DM builtin browser, etc.

Yes with only one country and exclusive to the browser, Pity that neither Firefox is alternative nor proton VPN

UBlock is not adguard and proton is not adguard vpn unfortunately
