Where are the credit ads? If you are referring modder's name that's not credit ads. Kindly go through the advertising section in this topic to get a clear idea on what "credit ads" really are.

I don`t know if it`s something I`m doing wrong but I`ve allowed all available permissions....cleared data etc and I am able to connect just fine but when I switch to choose a file from my internal storage it just stays blank and displays a message at the bottom saying "switching to device storage"
I have even created a folder in both internal and external storage using the "use this folder" selection via the settings on the main screen of the application.

I`m using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra w/ Android 13 latest updates as of April 2023
And have also granted it "All Files Access" via special permissions.
