Does the original\untouched require 7+ & does the requirements here or the mod info mention anything about this ? => No !, then why is that and why you mentioning this now as a comment, instead when & where you provided this in the first place ?, so the OP here could include this valuable & important piece of information...

The app itself can install & run fine on A.5.0, but the mod won't install there, because it's not packaged properly and the signature scheme is v2 (7.0+) and v1 is needed for 5.0+.
As I previously told @ANiK555 (more than once) - he should start signing with v1+v2+v3 just in case, no matter what the original requirements are.

If you want to install it on A.5, then reSign the .apk with MT Manager (v1+v2+v3 scheme, which is the default one anyway).

BTW, the Custom DNS option in the settings closes the app and he could've removed the Premium buttons from everywhere, like the side panel and the upper right corner one.

As I remember from my experiances this problem you have is the result of a corrupted file. Try to download the file once more and you will see. I hope this can help you to solve it.
