For that previous version, the aforementioned release was the only one that bypassed the 40 hour limit (according to user feedback).

Not sure if I'm understanding what 40 hour limit means or what is going on with mine but this version and the prior 'modded' version 4.3 I had both exhibit the same behavior.

After about an hour or less of listening on my tablet. The music stops and I get the "Still Listening"? message and option to "Upgrade to Premium" which I have to press to be able to continue play.

Hmmm, that sounds pretty annoying. I don't recall running into that issue myself.

Not sure exactly what your question is, but as the title says, the 40 hour limit a month is bypassed.
