I solved my problem by using this tutorial : Install Google apps
I installed a whole "Google Apps package" from sdcard
Now there is a "Play Store" icon in my APPS
I ran it and it asked me to create or use an existing account
I just noticed one thing :
I checked with Root Explorer to see if Google Play is there and I found it under this name : "Phonesky.apk" and not "PhoneSky.apk" as the first post tutorial say!
Than again I have no idea if this was the real source of my problem!

Is anyone else getting errors about license validation even with this installed?

Nevermind, I used the installer and it works now.

Lucky Patcher has that mod. Just tap Play Store > Custom Patches > your desired DPI patch.

There should be a way to test an application before buying
Not all of the applications are worth buying

That's why there is a refund option. You have fifteen minutes from purchase to refund it, and if you exceed that time, you can still go to your orders on the Play Store site and request a refund.
