why i cant intall it ?

Depends. If you have previous version with a different signature you have to uninstall that one and install this one.

I have install only basic. I install it first and after when try to install this version pro did can't install. Something forgot?

Try removing the basic and just install the Pro.

I remove the basic I make and clean master and wipe cache clean after install but can't.

I Have 4.4.2 Kitkat,is this problem?

That shouldn't be an issue if you're able to install the basic version. What error message(s) are you receiving when trying to install this pro version?

Any chance you could attempt installing using ADB? This should give a more indicative error.

i try to intall using adb but said command line remount failed: permission denied. ( i am not root devices)

You shouldn't need remount anything, or have root to install through ADB. Just issue the following command:

Code: Select alladb install /path/to/file.apk

Of course, just replace the path and filename with the actual location of the APK.

sorry but i can't fixed. what is the path? what is that .i try but something make wrong.
