Depends on your needs. I personally like CM Browser coz of it's anti-virus capabilities. It does not only scan the security of the websites you visit but also scans every file download. UC Web Browser doesn't do that. However, UC Web Browser has a page compression technology like Opera and Chrome which not only save data but also allows you to access some regionally restricted websites.
