Plex for Android may NOT be for you for any of the following reasons:
* Netflix and Hulu are not supported on Plex for Android at this time.
* The app will not currently play video on Honeycomb/Android 3.0 (yes that includes the Xoom).
* The app will work but is not yet optimized for tablets and larger screens.
* Plex for Android won't be able to do anything unless you setup a server on your PC or Mac - which is available for free at http://www.plexapp.com
.
* You want to use Plex to get to your media remotely but you don't want to think about things like port-forwarding.
We strongly recommend that you have your Plex Media Server all ready to go BEFORE you buy Plex for Android.

Before I take a stab at this version, can anyone confirm that like all previous say 4 updates to Plex Android App, you get the limitation message after XX Seconds/Minutes when simply trying to stream from your PC Plex Server content? Thanks

PS: I keep having to go back to v3.5.6.248 to rid this issue.

Guys, to get these newer versions working without the nag, just do the following -

1. Install the updated APK
2. Run Lucky Patcher and open menu of patches for Plex
3. Choose InApp and LVL emulation option and perform the patch (should say that 2 were successful when completed)
4. Launch Plex and start streaming something
5. After the one minute "nag" appears, you will see a new option to Purchase for $0.00 -- do it and select the option to Store purchase for future (something) -- you'll see it!
6. Profit! :)

I've confirmed this is working. Just watched a 2+ hour movie with no nags..

Does not seem to work - even if successfully patched, now i only get to 'sign in' (im signed in, not pleskpass tho) or cancel. If i sign in...we start over on the very next minute.

@AthieN thanks for the instructions! Working great! Watched a few movies. Launching and relaunching the app to make sure it's really working... And sure enough, it does.

Not sure what you're doing wrong, but I can assure you that this works. Maybe try clearing out the data and cache for the app to see if that corrects the issue? If not, do the above and then uninstall/reinstall the app and then patch it again...

+1 Working here also. Thanks AthieN! I did get the nag once after restarting the app, but I just clicked on the button to activate ($0.00), and it was fine.

Does your phone need to be rooted for the Lucky Patcher to work??
