Plex for Android may NOT be for you for any of the following reasons:
* Netflix and Hulu are not supported on Plex for Android at this time.
* The app will not currently play video on Honeycomb/Android 3.0 (yes that includes the Xoom).
* The app will work but is not yet optimized for tablets and larger screens.
* Plex for Android won't be able to do anything unless you setup a server on your PC or Mac - which is available for free at http://www.plexapp.com
.
* You want to use Plex to get to your media remotely but you don't want to think about things like port-forwarding.
We strongly recommend that you have your Plex Media Server all ready to go BEFORE you buy Plex for Android.

WHAT'S NEW

Does not work for me either even after following:

1. Install the updated APK
2. Run Lucky Patcher and open menu of patches for Plex
3. Choose InApp and LVL emulation option and perform the patch (should say that 2 were successful when completed)
4. Launch Plex and start streaming something
5. After the one minute "nag" appears, you will see a new option to Purchase for $0.00 -- do it and select the option to Store purchase for future (something) -- you'll see it!

just asked me to log in, over and over and over.

You must be doing something wrong then, my friend. Because all of these releases are working fine for me and others.

If my instructions aren't working, try clearing cache and data for Plex in your app drawer, then patch again.

I watched Plex on my phone (this version) for 5 hours last night without a single nag.

And FYI, once you successfully patch one of these releases, you will not have to patch subsequent releases going forward, as long as you check the box in LP to save for future (or whatever it says).

If it's still not working, try going back to an earlier release and patch it, then upgrade to the latest from there.

Good luck!

Do you have to have root access on your phone for it (Lucky Patcher) to work??

Yes, Lucky Patcher only works on a rooted device.
