Plex for Android may NOT be for you for any of the following reasons:
* Netflix and Hulu are not supported on Plex for Android at this time.
* The app will not currently play video on Honeycomb/Android 3.0 (yes that includes the Xoom).
* The app will work but is not yet optimized for tablets and larger screens.

Not sure if this is possible, but I have seen you guys do some amazing things... so I thought I would give it a shot... When you stream music from certain apps, T-Mobile does not count that data towards your monthly data usage. I currently have 5 people on my plan and putting us all on unlimited would just be too costly. Is it possible to spoof T-Mobile into thinking the data coming from the Plex app is coming from a music app such as iHeartRadio or Pandora?
