uninstall & reinstall and you only have to create a normal account. if it doesn't work for you pm me phone, os, what you have tried and exact steps to reproduce. i can send you debug version and you send me a log and we can fix.

Works great. Just wished there was a way to import the offline .dat songs into the native music app. If anyone figures that out, let us know!!

adb shell logcat > groovelog.txt

or use ddms in android sdk. but do not bother until you are using debug version and have reinstalled the release at least once. programs stay running in android and this can sometimes lead to problems that are only fixed by reinstalling or rebooting phone.

In grooveshark folder but they cannot be played outside grooveshark, like mp3s etc.

delete it. it records debug messages. if you did not encounter the vip/trial error while it was running the log is not going to be helpful. also, if you are not running the debug version that i mentioned earlier the log will contain almost nothing from the app.

it is working for everyone else so your best option is to work from the assumption that it can be fixed. have you tried reinstalling?
