Adobe Flash is only available on devices running Android 2.2 or higher, installing this on Android 2.1 will not work.

If you have Android 2.2 you already have Flash installed, but occasionally Adobe updates flash which you can install from the market. Flash player 10.2 will be released in a few weeks so don't waste your time with this.

Android 2.1 has Adobe Flash Lite installed, useful for ads but nothing else, you can't upgrade to full Adobe Flash with this or ANY apk.

Long story short you either have Flash or you don't, you can't get it with an APK only by flashing an Android 2.2 or higher ROM.

I believe this is useful for non-google-enabled devices (without market), which come without adobe flash preloaded, but with 2.2 froyo and up(like chinese tablets, or the new powerful, but feature-less Viewsonic Viewpad 10s with tegra).

Can someone confirm, that this combination work? If yes, then these chinese tabs and viewpad become much more useful (then I consider buying it).
