I'm confusing 2015 does the update 2016?? Hmmm

2016 version only Neon or Patched not All Versions

Would someone mind explaining to me what the differences in the versions are? I assume that the tegra ones are for tegra devices, but I'm not sure what the Neon and AC3 ones are... Are all of them "Patched/with DTS"?
