The domain cited in OP has a bad SSL cert. The cert is for a completely different domain. So I would be weary about installing this before more info is provided.

The only official Popcorn Time domains are http://popcorn-time.to http://popcorn-time.xyz http://popcorn-time.se but because it's an open source project tons of clones have sprung up and unless they are also open source and found to be reputable, you're taking a risk using someone Else's build. There was a popular popcorn time alternative build that was still open source but they did all of the real work server side and pushed code to you so they could execute any code that they wanted.

Just be careful, just because it says popcorn time does not mean it's actually from the original Devs or safe to use. And the fact that this .ml domain doesn't even have a proper SSL cert automatically makes me suspicious and not want to use it. Going to crack it open later and take a look at the code inside if I have time.
