This requires flash 10.1 to work. If your phone can't handle 10.1 flash myplayer is a great alternative.

You "require" a tv licence only to watch "live" tv. So in that respect myplayer requires a tv licence if you watched the live streams, not if you only watched the old recorded streams - but only if you don't have one for your home address.

Saying that you would probably be the only person in the uk with a tv licence for a phone.

Which version of MPlayer, or better yet, can you link it for us? I'd love to be able to watch Top Gear since I can't get www.casttv.com to play through any of the 5 web browsers I have installed on my phone.

Finally upgraded to 2.2, and while I can get the app to launch, search for shows w/ screen shots...nothing will play and says it will only work in the UK. I've tried searching Google and I was able to find IP anonymizer apps, but they were only for PC's.

Dinky, is that supposed to be a linkable download or just information?

Thanks for the link. I installed it, and while it's closer and tries to start streaming, it still doesn't play any Top Gear episodes.
