app itself is activated ..try to change your MAC id on the device.

Thanks Balatan. Im guessing that the restriction may be server side (mac whitelist as it calls home maybe??), and thus the mac would need to be changed every 7 days in order to keep activated and working.. As its server side, you may not be able to fix. Im going to purchase it and support the developer, as its a good app, and don't want to have to change mac, and re-upload playlist every 7 days. Thanks anyway for your help.
