Request an invitation at music.google.com.

Not a Music Beta user? You can still use this player to listen to music on your Android device.

You just need a browser proxy (there´s one called HideMyAss) to login to your google account to ask for a invite, after that you can logon normally to you account.

update: there's also a apk called market access that will let you download Google Music directly from the market by emulating a US provider in your market.

This actually worked! I thought they would have plugged this hole since... (took me a few days to get the invitation though)
