Why not just uninstall the one you have now and install this one? It takes 10 seconds. There's no need for two of the same version floating around.

he probably doesnt want to lose current settings and favourites..but hey, theres already backup and restore options for those, just do backups and restore after reinstalling

Since couple of versions ago. This app can now backup settings and favorite online or offline. Just backup then uninstall and install then restore all your settings. That is what I just did and all my favorite are still there.
