How am I just seeing this app now. kudos to Balatan

anybody else notice a lot less sources with this version? I tested it against the stock ad version and this one is crippled it seems.

Has anyone else checked this APK to see if it's safe? I've just run a few checks on it and I've found a few problems. If you check the APK https://apkscan.nviso.be/ you can see there's some suspicious activity. Compare that to the APK on https://terrariumtv.com/ and you'll see a number of variations. Virustotal has found this (PUP.HighConfidence). I've also checked the network activity and at the moment the app is making over 156 connections! Some of these are for analytics, TMDb and the rest… It'll take me a while checking every IP address. Most of these connections aren't encrypted so not the best for security and privacy. Just thought people should know. Always check APK files at the link given or just download from the genuine site for Terrarium TV. Does anyone have the source code for this app?

Uh that's a bit concerning. I'm not tech savvy enough to really understand or check this stuff myself, but I'd be interested to hear what someone who understands this stuff thinks...

Just a FYI guys Terrarium TV v1.6.4 was released a while back may want to check that one out.

Well, I can see why jumpingjackflash was concerned. Since so explanation of the potential issues is forthcoming from the releaser, I'm half tempted to report this post...

FYI I've been trying to modify terrarium using Lucky Patcher to exclude ad serves and permissions that seem irrelevant (location permissions and ad services) but the new app doesn't install properly. Any pointers are appreciated.

It's a false positive. I resigned the same APK with my own key and it came back clean as a whistle, same thing with his newest 1.6.6. There's nothing to worry about.
