Could any Russian user provide the translation of the start up menu or a guide to disable the 3 seconds countdown.

Tap upper left button ''Меню'' (Menu), than find and tap "Скрыть заставку".

It only make the two left & right button disappear but the 3 seconds countdown is still there.
