SAMSUNG GALAXY S series phones + Android 2.2.1 Update:
2.2.1 Android Update for SGS series phones has a bug which may prevent applications from saving their settings. You need to do the Factory Data Reset to fix this issue (or, if you have rooted phone, you can check for a solution on PowerAMP Forum).

Did not work on SGS II

Work ok on samsung galaxy s I9001

Ok there's a problem on SGS II (There is a newer version by the way, build-467).
I have tried these apk files over 10 times now, and the problem repeats itself. If I don't use the trial resetter, everything apparently works fine, but under the "settings" menu I see a message "Failed to verify license", and after a day or two a message "Can't verify PowerAMP license" appears and then I can't even launch the application until I clean the app's data in the application manager.

The trial resetter did not help as well, because it does not affect the "Can't verify PowerAMP license" message at all. In adittion, it mentions during running that my SGS II device is not rooted (which is true) but it doesn't need to be, according to the instructions.

How do I get rid of this annoying message?

for the trial resetter to work the phone must be rooted. also i have same problem, after some time i can't even launch poweramp, just black screen shows up...not even trial resetter helps(rooted Desire)

I have the same issues with activation but my phone (Nexus S) *is* rooted. It will initially work (like it'll say full version), but when I close it up and reopen it then it just says failed to verify license.

What I did first was use the resetter then applied the unlocker.

Can't believe hackers are so ignorant and still ALWAYS trying to crack the newest version though the older ones don't work . It is as if they think the developer will have mercy and make it easier to crack in one of the coming versions Hahaha.. But what is lamer is to pack old cracks and reseters together with the latest version and then post ist as a final crack. Tsts

I've tried all the cracks and time reset the application. Nothing is working properly. I gave up and bought an application on the market. Now I no longer have problems with PowerAMP. I love to listen to music, especially the lossless formats and do not regret to pay for something that is really worth the money.

It was a success for me in the end. My Samsung Skyrocket is non-rooted. At first install of unlocker it was not effective so it was uninstalled. But at the second install, WoW! it made it! Now my PowerAMP is now full version 2.0.4-467 converted from the trial version that came from the Android Market. The reset.apk was not even used. Thanks to all of the helpful persons here.

06:15 AM Update: At the settings section, it says "Failed to Verify License". So there you go, it is a failure. Sorry guys.
