this dependent on firmware samsung, huawei, xiaomi and lot's of device not support pie & other android version

Hi, I have a small doubt regarding this, in livetv section there are only few channels when I select all categories and they all play immediately. And when I select livetv+catchup there are so many channels but not a single one plays. Any suggestion?
