! Fixed rare crash on some filenames with broken name encoding LATIN <> UTF-8.
Install note:
1. Install NeutronMP_1.46.1_DEV2.apk (Don't run!)
2. Install LuckyPatcher.1.0.0.by.ChelpuS.apk
3. Put com.neutroncode.mp.txt into /sdcard/LuckyPatcher/
4. Run the LuckyPatcher you need Root your phone, long press Neutron MP, choose Custom Patch apply!
