One of the best apps.

I really wanted this one to work, but it keeps loading forever and the "watch" button doesn't show. When it does, I click it but the video doesn't play. It's probably my Internet but I might have done something wrong during installation. I got that Framework Runtime they asked me to download, but I'm not sure if it installed correctly.

Found malware in this update. Kept loading a strange internet page in chrome repeatedly all by itself. I use an android tv box. Scanned it with malwarebytes and it found malware clearly saying freeflix. And now it is not doing it anymore. So, i don' t know...beware.

no issues found on avast, avira, bitdefender, sophos and norton they are more reliable than malwarebyte though

missed my point, I only scanned it with MB because after I done the freeflix update Chrome kept popping up every 3 minutes by itself making my box unusable, after the scan it is not doing that, so it clearly has nothing to do with which software is more reliable...just pointing out my experience so I am not using it, that is all

I didn't scan the app with anything but I noticed no abnormal behaviour on my phone. Maybe you got something when downloading from certain filehosts. I've seen drive-by downloads before.

FreeFlix seems safe to me and I trust what people post here, however it sadly did not work, I could not watch anything but it might be due to user error on my part or my crappy Internet. I might try it again soon.
I highly suggest Cyberflix though, I heard about it whilst searching for entertainment apps and I have to tell you, that app has all sorts of links for all sorts of series. Managed to find semi rare stuff you can only get via torrents or on shady websites. It's very helpful. Try it out.

The only thing that sets it apart from FreeFlix apparently is the lack of adult content. But that's not my interest so I don't mind.

For the lazy there doesn`t SEEM to be any malware behavior in this apk, but there is plenty of adware behavior.

VirusTotal is extremely helpful. I am certain that the poster got a false positive due to the adware. This is pretty safe, I've seen actual virus apps and this ain't one of them. I'll try this again and see if I can stream anything.
