Please explain why it remains in the app in the first place? Those activities, are not required to install on any device, and if they are not being used why not just remove them.

So whoever mods this app, is absolutely doing what they said they were in the description of the mod. Why cry about it if their are ad activities that he says he removed and ad layouts that are removed and he would not mod the app if they did not exist?

The same ad activities being removed from this app are the same ones that are removed from other apps.. so while the app might not actually show ads in the foreground, it is still making the calls and eating up some energy.

Another user on here posted a screenshot of an ad licking app that keeps track of how many times an app is blocked from connecting to adserver and there were a bunch.

Google actually cracked down on a bunch apps that were making ad calls in the background or otherwise not showing ads that the app was making money for ads being displayed.


Now looking past all that I just said, will you please give an depth reason why these activities would prevent anyone from I stalling the app? Assuming they uninstalled the original app and do attempt to install an original again?

If you knew what to look for and what to be done. Why not release your own version and we`ll test it. The modders have no time to test it on every Android version.

That is for the unmodded version. I don`t mod or release apps.

It`s not that difficult to open up solid explorer and select an apk and instead of attempting to install it, you select view apk. Then scroll down and you will see the list of services and activities that app registers.
