Warning, I'm pretty sure that Cinema 2.3.0 and 2.3.1 both have major bugs that break real Debrid. I'd stick on the older version until they iron it out.

I just use Energized Protection magisk module.
Haven't seen ads in years. Plus I can use a vpn service, unlike Adguard with which you can't use VPN.

I use the last 'mod' version of Cinema HD, works just fine and no ads

There was an ad free version 2.2.4.2 available from here. Still working fine for me.
