Unfortunately its not adfree. If you go to "Movie and series" section there is big grey area (a square) which I guess is a half blocked ad (leftover from it). And after you try to find and launch a movie you get an ad too. For example try searching for "Man on Fire", click on it and you'll get a popup with an advertisement a few seconds later.
Same with previous version.
