I have similar issue on my Tab S6, but just the opposite. I had Ola installed prior to a system upgrade to Android 11. The upgrade doesn't recognize Ola being installed after the update or perhaps was automatically removed (but not properly). When I try to re-install it, I get the error message that it's not installed. Similar situation with a few of my other apps such as Life360. I have a Note 9, which will probably get Android 11 soon. I have about three apps that won't install again on my Tab S6 so I'm removing those on my Note 9 prior to the upgrade.
I hope others can shed some light on this situation since for me, it's not just Ola having this issue.
1st upgrading any device to 11 let alone 10 that you use for alot of hacked apps is your main problem both those OS have encrypted security that even being rooted won't get past but thats a whole other topic
But your real issue is leftover files, apps such as ola tv do not remove everything after install & will not work properly if at all with left over files from previous versions still stored in folders fact!
there are many many apps that have this same issue & sadly if you didn't remove them leftovers before upgrade you just may be fooked without complete factory reset (at your own risk)
es file explorer file manager is a must! can't stress this enough....it stores "everything" & without it you can't remove leftovers from alot of apps
