Can u please explain how to choose the correct version of apk

I don't quite understand about the codec part.
i downloaded the corresponding , or the AIO.zip file,
but when i navigate Settings/Decoder/General/Custom to the file
It said it is not the right file.

Please try to extract/unzip the codec, then rename it to version 1.32 (eg. libffmpeg.mx.so.neon64.1.35.0 to libffmpeg.mx.so.neon64.1.32.0). Then at MX Player point it to the file we just rename (not the old zip). hope it works. Hope this helps.

codec provided in above link not worked for me so i searched google &found codec file for my device&that worked well.

Thanks for your suggestion. I renamed the file to "libffmpeg.mx.so.neon.1.32.0"
BUT , it still comes back as:

Select codec file
Can't find custom codec. Please use version null ARMv7 NEON codec

On my smartphone with Android 11, it automatically detected the codec zip file without doing nothing but in the box i had to rename the file.

Download libffmpeg.mx.so.neon.1.35.0 from here:
https://github.com/USBhost/MX_FFmpeg/releases

rename it to libffmpeg.mx.so.neon.null

copy it to the downlaod folder on your phone, then open mx player.
It will detect and ask to install to restart.

Please disable update check
