If you choose a external media player in the settings, change from internal (try VLC) and you'll be fine.

I have MX player but can`t find option for external player in beetv settings??

Ok, external player can be used, but then subtitles doesnt work

Can anyone point out to search for the subtitles in mxplayer easily like u can with the old internal player while watching the movie .

To ppl who can`t load any vid. I also can`t when I use playback with subtitles. So everything what I need to do is use just playback button and then click om cc button to add subtitles.

Installs and runs no problem on 4k firestick.

Please remember there is no inbuilt media player with this app, so you`ll need a third party media player.

The likes of MX and you`ll need to select this in the apps settings

Failing to do this, will mean any link click on after a search will not run

To ppl who can`t load any vid. I also can`t when I use playback with subtitles. So everything what I need to do is use just playback button and then click om cc button to add subtitles.

Meaning u have to manually search for the subtitle unlike the previous inbuilt player where it auto populate the subtitles and then u can choose whichever u prefer. I think I will just stick with tea TV which still offers inbuilt player.

Gotta have an external player, I downloaded Titan Player separately and now it works.
