Crashes when casting.


Please remove Ad option in settings

@ WebPhenom i will try to fix that crash probably caused by removing foreground service for some devices, is it android 12 you have this issue?
and for the ad option in settings this doesn't need to be removed,I can hide it but that switch really doesn't do anything. That service was not only disabled but completely removed from the app in the fixed version

Yes, it's Android 12. Does casting not work since that's what caused the crash? It would be great if you can hide the ad settings. Thanks!

can you test cast please and let me know if its fixed for android 12 ? as far as I'm aware android 12 has issues with the original version with blank channels,so its possible cast has issues also I will take a look at removing the ad settings but I really don't seem harm in it it doesn't affect anything

It doesn't crash, but it doesn't cast either. It looks like it's loading on TV and then it just stops. Doesn't play anything on TV.

Why are you asking for the ad setting to be removed? It is totally useless and has no function. You are wasting hifi's time asking for this. Tell me a logically reason why you want the ad toggle hidden?
