I scan it in virustotal it shows one malicious file if you don`t trust me scan it by yourself

I did and I don`t see any malicious agents detected. Here`s my scan result.

So your argument is that if something hasn't been done yet and someone manages to do it, rather than appreciating those efforts, you would look at it with suspicion that there might be something malicious injected into it, without any proof?

That's a pretty negative way to look at things I would say.

Quit posting FUD. Disassemble the APK and provide proof that there's actually malware in the apk, or stop talking out of your @$$. Especially considering VirusTotal is known for throwing out false positives like its nobody's business lmao. Hey Google, what is a false positive?

Edit: I've also tried installing this APK (and past versions) on my Android 11, 12, and 13 devices. All installed the APKs fine. Sounds like it's an issue with your device/devices and you're trying to blame the mod developer. Maybe the solution is to just get a better phone, maybe one that wasn't the cheapest at the store?

So I've noticed something very peculiar. The file hosted on Uploadrar, is the file I downloaded and scanned, which is clean. However the file hosted on Mega4upload appears to be the infected file. There also appears to be a difference in file size - 112MB as opposed to the infected 94.1MB file.

Clearly this is what's caused the confusion, but more importantly it would be good if @Bahguo could provide some clarity here.
