This is way better/more versatile - but the gui from poweramp is liked by more people. Nothing poweramp can do neutron cant.

Nah, if u run gapps just install modded playstore, works fine - just safety net can become a bit fiddly - but if neutron got its license for some days - regularly connected to the internet - you can reinstall normal playstore again. Just keep in mind - persistance requited multiple longer internet
