The buffering still happens, only way to get around it every time it starts (every few videos) is to disable, restart, then re-enable and restart. Annoying, but at least it`s something until a full fix ever happens.

Could it be that just because your account hasn`t been targeted by Google doesn`t mean that`s the case for everyone else? Cause mine`s still screwed up.

Protobuf works fine for a few videos, then you need to disable and re-enable it to make it work again. But the buffering is not permanently fixed
