The Original Icon version arm64 doesn`t feature an all black theme

The v2 original icon (arm64 version) is dark and not black unlike previous versions.

I looked in the manager but nothing updates.

Check in your Revanced settings to see if protobuf spoof is enabled,if it is turn it off and check to see if you can view end cards.

When installing vanced Micro G unofficial it says it is unsafe and will hid icons on the main screen. Is this a false positive.
