I did
I uninstalled version 14 program and codecs
when trying to install, it simply say "not installed
its the same for both program and for codec package

just run lucky patcher, you should see a message in your notification bar, unused odex removed
then exit it and try installing the program again

Also you should replace packages.xml in CWM or after replacing reboot with reboot command, not shutdown from UI or Android System will overwrite it...

You need to pay attention that 5 needs to become 4 when removing mxtech, I missed that at first it may be why it didn't worked...

I did not had any codecs or mx player versions but this solved the problem...

Great Work. It runs fantastic on P1000 GB 2.3.3 but on N700 and N7100 with 4.1.2 It lags some Mp4 videos. Not sure whether its my issue or the codec.
