Live streams:
- live TV watching
- groups favorite channels and categories automatically
- start playing last channel on launch
- timeshift support for providers with archives
- picture-in-picture mode (premium)
- reminds interesting shows

Archive:
- watch archived shows and media library
- filters by channels, categories, genres, seasons, years, favorite channels, age, country...
- search by anything
- retrieves data from several EPG sources (including user-provided)
- providers not supporting HLS seeking uses slower but working seeking mode
- saving playback progress with automatic resume from previous moment
- playback speed (premium)

Network:
- browse and play local network files via UPnP/DNLA (via external player)

- provider: can mark it non-editable so user cannot edit or view its properties
- atv: support adding provider (of common type) via QR code from phone

For me is the same, installed over previous 1.6.9.4, did backup just in case, but for now everything is working the same. As for the new stuff i have no idea...

Thanks for your thoughtful response. Because deleting the previous version is best before installing new, and backup doesn't always work, and I don't want to risk my settings and data if I can avoid it.

Tested it for the lads, nothing new, anyways idk if you guys notice sometimes your ott navigator reaches almost 1GB of data and it's not cache, so you an't delete data...I decided to install this new versions from scratch, did backup first and it works (ALWAYS WORKED), even favorites were kept this time.

I didn't notice anything new, the providers that didn't work stil don't work, the ones that did work still work and the ones that had breaks guess what? Still have breaks. And PQ is still the same, app is good and for me is good since last 2 years or so...

sorry because my question may be a bit far from topic.

Are the channels that you see in the app by different hosts subject to rights of ownership, i mean if you live in a state like Germany for example, are they able to see what you use in OTT(channels that are premium for example) so they can give you a fine(ticket)?

Or do you need a vpn?

Maybe somebody have some info

Its just random m3u playlists ya can find on google they cant fine ya
