Fine? Not sure they are after people that don't pay for iptv services, for my understanding you're watching something for free so they can't do anything to you unless blocking iptv via ISP. Now, if you paid means you left a trace for them to find and in some countries you can be in trouble...

By using a vpn you are free of iptv blocking but iptv provider may block some vpn IP for abuse, because chances are "n" people are using nordic servers to access the same iptv provider and the iptv provider can see that as an abuse and block that vpn...

By using a vpn it means you bypass country block but that doesn't always work 8)

App works perfect except I noticed in this version, I go into program the remote, but the change channel up/previous channel or the down/next channel doesnt work, and
previous list doesnt work when set as that either. Other then that everything else works great. TY

EDIT: 8/22/2023
Nevermind. Seems to be working fine now. IDK. Changed settings to those I wanted and they werent working, after a few force closes clear cache and off and on with my tv and now they work. Weird

sorry because my question may be a bit far from topic.

Are the channels that you see in the app by different hosts subject to rights of ownership, i mean if you live in a state like Germany for example, are they able to see what you use in OTT(channels that are premium for example) so they can give you a fine(ticket)?

Or do you need a vpn?

Maybe somebody have some info

Thanks

Its just random m3u playlists ya can find on google they cant fine ya

My point is that some of the channels that i watch for free using this great app, other people pay to watch them, like sport channels for example. Can they see through traffic monitoring for example what are you seeing or the traffic(requests) is encrypted or ends up somewhere that doesn't gives any information.

I Use a good VPN always. Dont allow yourself to be caught and you wont be. Streaming IPTV, downloading games movies books etc can get you in trouble. Why tempt fate.

You're right, but i haven't been able to find a good vpn for my android tv, most of them have speed 1/5 of internet line, without mentioning that you have to connect it every time you turn on the tv.
Thanks anyway

Depending on which country you are i think you can try to watch without vpn. Worst scenario is your ISP blocking IPTV by "n" ways, one of them is breaks every minute and in worst cases it doesn't open channel. Anyways i'm not sure anyone can see what you are watching without you knwing, i mean, sometimes your internet connection can't even bare with live streaming, now imagine sending that to someone to watch in real time...

LOL

I use Surfshark(its in the google play store on android tv) on my Hisense Android/Google Tv. Works great. Yes I have to open the app and turn it on each day once. So what it works and I have NO issues. I can do anything and know Im safe from detection. Also its cheap I got 3 years for like 66 bucks or something like that. so for 20 bucks a year Im not complaining.

ffs, thousands of vpns here on this site, just pick one...lol shuttle vpn for example works fine...dude xD

I'm using vpn's from here up to 4 or 5 years, never had a problem, great speed but i miss android tv mod on vpnify...

Yes, i already tested nordvpn accounts here and there, surfshark a bit, expressvpn, but other than offering a more polished android tv app speeds are similar, not worthy the time to find accounts... 8)

Thanks guys

VPNIFY was a great app but the update has broken its interface a bit, but still can be used. I use for the moment ProtonVPN with a free accout and i can see it autoconnects on device startup, will see how it goes. Will als give a shot shuttle vpn.
One small review to the great app OTT Navigator, very rarely when you change a station, the first one stays in bg still playing, you have to exit the app to stop playing. Everything else seems fine.
Maybe someone knows where i can find some mac for this portalshqip.eu, i can't seem to find anything anywhere and the one i have found is about to expire.
Once again thanks to you all for your answers.

Kriasmapanhare wrote:Tested it for the lads, nothing new, anyways idk if you guys notice sometimes your ott navigator reaches almost 1GB of data and it's not cache, so you an't delete data...I decided to install this new versions from scratch, did backup first and it works (ALWAYS WORKED), even favorites were kept this time.

I didn't notice anything new, the providers that didn't work stil don't work, the ones that did work still work and the ones that had breaks guess what? Still have breaks. And PQ is still the same, app is good and for me is good since last 2 years or so...

for me its 176 mb on one device and 186 mb on other device
