this is possible with a personal web server, as described in the documentation

use BACKUP VIA API in the backup options and enter "http://127.0.0.1:8080/backup.php". that create a backup file with the name "backup.nav". reload the file with restore via API.
the advantage is that you can create as many backup files as you want by renaming "backup.nav"

I am using an old and very light php web server for android. the app is unavilaible on google play strore but already exist in apkpure

What part of you can't do that on android box can't you understand?? ffs There is no option to save backups on files or whatever you can do on the mobile version...so stfu, backup to ott cloud is fcked up not only on 1.7..0.1 but also on 1.6.9.4, must be temporary but anyways it doesn't work....

on my android box, the local backup is ok with version 1.6.9.4

sorry because my question may be a bit far from topic.

Are the channels that you see in the app by different hosts subject to rights of ownership, i mean if you live in a state like Germany for example, are they able to see what you use in OTT(channels that are premium for example) so they can give you a fine(ticket)?

Or do you need a vpn?

I Use a good VPN always. Dont allow yourself to be caught and you wont be. Streaming IPTV, downloading games movies books etc can get you in trouble. Why tempt fate.
