Excuse me, how to apply this over the existing original YouTube apk?

I uninstalled the upgraded version of the original YouTube, forced closed it and deactivated it. But it still doesn`t install over the existing one as an upgrade. What am I doing wrong?

After almost 2 months of desperate searching for a release that doesn't stop the video after 50-70 seconds, finally some functional release!!! I was so desperate, especially after I had spend so many hours reading so much discussion and advice of those self-proclaimed "geek experts" who advice you to just switch some option called Buffer or something in the settings. Of course it didn't help. Tried at least 10 of versions of YouTube Vanced, Revanced, Vanced+ and who knows what else. But my rhetorical question now is - since this post is off today, how long is this perfect version gonna last? Probably I wake up, and after 70 seconds, video is going to buffer

You CAN`T install over existing YouTube App since that comes Preinstalled as system app...
But Mods like these all have different App Names & Package names than Original YouTube..so they install right beside Youtube

I`m guessing issue for you is not getting right version like arm64/arm7! Check that

Even the other version arm- is not installed. Both arm- and arm64 are recognized as an update of the official version of YouTube. So I don`t know what I am doing wrong here.

Ok everything is settled. I managed to install arm64. The cause has been another variant of YouTube ReVanced extended,18.19.36 The complication was coming from the name of the package.Tries to install as "YouTube" and not as "YouTube ReVanced",so I thought the official version is causing the problem

But I cannot understand. Since the package name is ReVanced extended, why is it installed as a simple "YouTube"? The earlier variants weren`t like this. They were installed as "YouTube ReVanced". First time seeing something like this causing confusion.

Plus, if someone tries to visit the information of this ReVanced variant, will notice that the name is not "YouTube ReVanced" as expected, but as "YouTube". For me at least, all this is causing confusion in case someone has an earlier version of ReVanced Extended.
Forgive me all for all my comments.
