Only root:
1. Install and activate XPOSED frameworks. (if you already have it skip this step).
2. uninstall Spotify
3. Install TM, enter Installer XPOSED, activate the module.
4. reboot
5. Install the new Spotify

This isn't a fix for premium. You still can't download for offline listening as it still asks you to upgrade to premium...
