thank you very much for this but the program does not exit properly in my ppc a hp rx5900 travel companion. I choose exit from the program menu but the movable purple icon with the arrow still appears on desktop and also there is no process on memory manager.?

Have you disabled the Word grabber option ??

you were right cencio my bad, disabling the Word Grabber did the trick but i have found smth else. I also used the Lingvosoft Phrasebook for czech-english and when i click on a word and choose the Translate in Dictionary option it says "You need to have Lingvosoft Dictionary installed to use this function" although i have it installed and it works good sepereately. Any suggestions? Thanx again for your time

Hummmm ... difficult to say what it could be ... probably my pacth does not make possible all the interacton between Lingvosoft applications .. or maybe it is only a bug of these programs.
To have the right answer to this question we need someone with both the applications correctly registered.
But, my opinion is to use the "Machine Translator" instead of PhraseBook.
I will check if the Machine Translator for the couple of languages you are using has been already posted.

EDIT: Sorry, but there is no "Machine Translator" for English-Czech availlable at Lingvosoft site. It seems to be never distributed.
