-download all parts of files attached; unpack
-run installer
-run kg
-insert owner name; (not more than 10 aphabets) and must consist of the first 5 (or 4) alphabets and the last 5 alphabets of your owner name as in the device which the app is installed;

John Simpson-put in kg John mpson
Mohd Raziman Zakaria - put in kg Mohd karia
Cheong Wai Meng - put Cheon iMeng or Cheon Meng

"Owner" does not sound too sexy. Have you tried with "VineetDeshmukh" (without the space between name and surname)?
