The way i and others have tested this, way we did not have any previous version of svox or anything else. Downloaded the Dutch voice apk and installed it. Opened it and it prompted us to download and install TTS from market which we did and installed, then opened up Dutch voice again, which the prompted us to download and install svox classic from marketplace which we did and installed. Then opened up svox dutch and it worked fine.

Due to License check 'bugfix' update in latest svox classic (2.0.18), voices did no work anymore
