Overview: Communicate is a speech translator, allowing you to seamlessly communicate in real-time with someone who does not speak the same language as you.

In one tap, you can speak in your language, and Communicate will translate into your chosen language.
Additionally, Conversation Mode allows you to communicate by having a fast conversation between two people without having to change languages over and over again.
What's in this version:
1. Fixed HTML Formatting error. "estoy aqui" should translate properly now.
2. Showing a better error when user doesn't have Voice Search installed until we can forward them to Market to download it.
